You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items returned to us. Orders past 30 days will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note we do not accept return/exhange on "Final Sale" items or on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights. Please note items returned damaged will not be accepted. Returned item must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Shipping fees, gift wrap fees and free shipping are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Personalized items and custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a fault with the product.
Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any defects.
All sales become final 30-days after you receive the item(s).
My item is faulty or damaged
If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
How to Make a Return
It's easy! So that we know to expect your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.
We will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Therefore, we highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return is processed. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a gift certificate code will be e-mailed (when e-mail address was provided on the return slip) or mailed to the shipping address on the original order.
Need to Make An Exchange?
If you change your mind, please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we'll do everything we can to help you! Exchange may be requested for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Due to products availability, we treat exchange as a new order. Please, return your order following instruction above and place your new order separately so it can ship immediately. We will refund your original order once we have recieved the return.
